Install the Plugin

Two ways to install Essential OptiCart — pick whichever you prefer.

Direct Download

  • Download from app.rahat.cloud/getting-started
  • WordPress Admin → Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin
  • Upload the zip → Install → Activate

  • WordPress Admin → Plugins → Add New → Search
  • Search “Essential OptiCart”
  • Install → Activate

Create Your Free Account

The plugin and every feature are free. An account only powers email delivery.

  • Go to app.rahat.cloud/register
  • Create a free account — no credit card required
  • A license key is generated automatically (Starter plan — 300 free emails / month)

Activate Your License

Connect the plugin to Essential OptiCart Mail so it can send emails.

  • In WordPress: Essential OptiCart → Email
  • Paste your license key into the field
  • Click Activate
  • Status should show “Active — Starter Plan” with credits remaining

Configure Abandoned Cart Recovery

  • Essential OptiCart → Settings → Abandoned Cart Recovery
  • Enable the ACR toggle
  • Set the abandon timeout (default: 60 minutes)
  • Add one or more email sequence steps — each with a subject + body
  • Save changes

Configure Loyalty & Membership

  • Essential OptiCart → Settings → Loyalty & Membership
  • Enable the LMS toggle
  • Choose an earning mode (A, B, or C)
  • Set points per order amount
  • Configure membership tiers (optional)
  • Save changes

Test Everything

Confirm both systems end to end before going live.

  • Place a test order → check that points are awarded
  • Add to cart → abandon → wait for the timeout → check the email queue
  • Dashboard → “Process Queue Now” to send the queued reminders immediately
